At We Play Pickleball, we want you to love your gear as much as you love a great rally. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

We offer refunds for: 

• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives with an issue, please let us know and we’ll take care of it.

The Fine Print:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
  • Contact us at sean@weplaypickleball.co with your order number and a quick description of the issue.

We'll take care of you faster than you can yell "out" on your opponents serve!
